Well, I finally started SBD

I'm on day 3 of phase 1 and already feeling much better for it! I actually feel like I've already lost weight, although I'm not going to weigh myself until Friday. Usually, I feel bloated all the time, but that feeling has gone, and even my jeans feel more comfortable today!!
Having a husband who is Type 2 diabetic, I've been struggling to know what cook for meals, and end up cooking the same boring things, but now with SBD, the meals suit both of us (obviously, hubby isn't doing phase 1). We're both really enjoying it so far.
My only problem is breakfast ... I do like eggs, but find that after 3 days of having eggs in one form or another, I'm getting tired of them. I need to search for a few more breakfast ideas ... although I really can't face the thought of having things like left over dinner, or veggies with chicken or ham, etc, the thought of it makes my stomach turn. I guess I'm going to have to get inventive with yogurt, or cottage cheese maybe?
Anyway, I'm liking it so far and feel that it is a way of eating for life, rather than just for a short period. Can't wait to see those pounds fall off!!
