Do any of you have any suggestions on how to prep veggies prior to using them? I have to do my grocery shopping every two weeks because of payday. I buy so much produce that my fridge is packed FULL when I get home. Are there any veggies that I can pre-cut and stack in bowls for better storage? Thanks in advance.

Hi Cyndi,
Those Debbie Myer green bags are great for preserving vegetables. I would wash, dry and then put them in the bags, or for things like celery or peppers you could cut them up first if you wanted. Another suggestion might be on payday figure out your grocery budget for the next two weeks and then buy a supermarket gift card for half that amount, so you can shop each week.
