B - oats, splenda, milk, v8 S - almonds L - refried bean soup, apple S - hot tea D - mussels and the last of the cabbage & bean casserole milky beverage at some point this evening, probably a milkshake. :) exercise - now that we're not going out for dinner after all I'll have time for a second walk this evening. |
