Good morning,

Yeah Okie and Katy for resisting treats.

Ruth, Disney will probably feel much better with his haircut.

K, enjoy your snow day.

Cyndi, enjoy your yoga.

Heidi, have fun snowshoeing

Linda, I am interested to hear how you like the riser as well.

Chelby, I agree it's almost the weekend.

Tammy, glad to hear that you are getting to move closer to your family.

Twynn, glad to hear your cold is almost gone.

Karen, hopefully they will have some answers soon.

Kara, not so sure about your instructors reasonings there they seem kinda of out of there.

As for me, still not sight of Pink (cat) On the positive side today is day 8 of a clean Phase 1 for me. I made the broccoli cheese breakfast casserole last night and just had a piece it is really good.

Have a great day everyone

Not now! Good Morning Everyone!

I stayed up very late finalizing our dept of ag report for the rescue group, and Bing is having minor surgery to remove a little cyst on his head....so we've been tiptoing around and staying calm since he can't eat. Snowing hard, but will go to the pool...back is a bit better.

Okie, congrats!

Karen, hang in there, you're doing great....poor Mom.

Pearlrose, I was thinking about your kitty earlier....

Ok, out to clean off the car so the Bingster can make his appt.

MORNING!!!!

Another run-by, but I ate breakfast again gosh darnit! Got good news - the Federal government owes me money, not the other way around! Praise Jesus!!! WOO HOO!

Gotta let the dogs in and dry my hair so I can work another late shift. Yuck. Going straight from work to Chris' and will eat dinner there. I took a whole bag of food over to his house last night so I'll be good. OH, and I even watched him eat a slice of triple chocolate cake in front of me, and I didn't cave. Talk about will-power. I'm stubborn, dangit.

OH I'm late, I'll pop in later!

It's still snowing steadily here, but the roads are just fine. I just got back from the supermarket, which was crowded with shoppers with all their kids with them. (What do we do with the kids home on a snow day? We take them grocery shopping! ) I swear, Wegman's looked like a daycare center with kids crying and running around. Jake wants me to make him "Slum" today for supper, so I needed to run out to get some ingredients for it. It's basically a thick beef stew, topped with biscuits, and baked in the oven. He's crazy about it. Whatever.

I did the wii step aerobics with my new riser platform, and I love it! I was a little worried at first that I'd trip, but you get used to it. I'd highly recommend it and can feel the difference in my leg muscles.

Tammie, I'm so excited to hear about the great retreat! When Tom was TDY to Hurlburt, we went to one of those dueling piano bars. It was a BLAST!

Rose, you are rocking this Phase 1! Keep up the great work!

Debbie, hope the surgery goes well!

Lisa, you go, girl! Hope your shift goes quickly!

Linda, my mom makes a similar dish and everybody calls it "The Good Stuff". Glad to hear to like the step platform! Thanks for the review!

Thanks Kara!

So work is dragging hardcore today because there's not much to be done when you're the trainer. Not that I want a bunch of big complicated issues to arise.... but it's still nice to have stuff to do. This afternoon I'm going to learn how to do what another girl that's leaving does, so that'll help the day go by a little. Late night though!

I'm pooped. Ph1 D3 and have the sluggishness going on. I know I'll feel better tomorrow or Saturday but I just can't seem to kick the yawns today.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!

I don't like doing them at home by myself, let alone in public. My body wasn't made for jumping....

I L-O-V-E jumping jacks. They could easily be my most favorite exercise ever. I will do some for you, OK, Lisa?
