I like to slice spicy chicken sausage into rounds and sautee with garlic, white beans or chick peas, and arugula with a bit of chicken broth for a great dinner. Beans are great!!! If you have a carb craving, just have some beans.

Question about the mock cornbread.....I could not find "Great Northern" beans when I was at Shop Rite yesterday. Do they have another name?
