Anyway, here is a sample of my daily food. I started on Ph.1.5 -- fruits but no grains.
B- Protein smoothy (made with milk and banana) or 2 eggs
L- Steam pack of veggies, protein (yesterday, I had steamed shrimp.) and a small apple
D- Small slice meatloaf. Plenty of veggies -- rutabaga, green beans, few baby carrots and few lima beans (only to be a good example for my son - yuck!)
Dessert - Jello with cool whip
Snacks throughout the day - celery with humus. nut mix. 4 pieces SF candy.
I know I have some problems -- NO exercise. No water. I drink 3-4 cups of coffee in the a.m. with milk and one Diet Coke during the day. Generally drink decaf tea in the evening.
Another problem is that I'm backed up, if you get my drift.
Are my 'problems' the problem or am I missing something in my diet?

I have been OP every day for 6 weeks and exercised regularly. Added back slowly. This week the scale crept up and is stuck. I had two days of shrugging it off. Today I am in a funk for many reasons and think this is probably part of it.
