My husband and I are at the end of Week 2 of Phase 1. We have both lost weight and the best part is we feel GREAT!! We are running Phase 1 through the end of next week, even though it is longer than recommended. We have been on SB before, a couple of years ago, and know the plan pretty well.
Our goal is to each lose 20 pounds. We don't have a date, but just plan to plug along at it until we both reach the goal. If one of us gets there first, the other will continue until the other one reaches 20. We could both stand to lose more than that, but 20 is a good number.
Maybe we can all encourage each other as we move through Phase 1?

Also on phase 1, doing it for an extended period as want to loose 14 pounds for my sisters wedding in March! Tried to go on to phase 2 but didnt feel in control!! Have just eaten far too much dark choc though and drank wine last night too, fresh start now!!!!
