*sigh* I'm still trying to get the numbers up where they were.
This month I'm focusing on consistency - at least 15 minutes every day, even if it's just some stretches and crunches. That should keep me on task even through the parties, visits, and hectic schedules.

2. 30 minute walk, 30 minute strength training
3. 90 minute bike
4. 64 minute walk, 20 minute 10-minute fitness ball segments,

8. 65 minutes dreadmill, 20 minutes abs & arms
9. 60 minute bike, 15 minutes shoveling, 20 minutes toning (Firm off the weight, ouch!)

11. 10 minutes bike, 40 minutes elliptical

30. 75 minutes Wii running, step, yoga & stretching
31. 50 minutes treadmill,10 minute arms, 80 minutes Wii Fit strength, yoga, and aerobic (why does it take twice as long to rack up that many minutes?!)
