Wow, great thread!!! I bought a bag of almonds they other day and had my first serving today and realized they were raw! They were indeed edible and stopped my tummy from grumbling as I sat in the school library. Then on the drive home I started wondering what I could do with them- if I could roast them or maybe make some splenda/cinnamon roasted ones, but wasn't sure what to use to make them stick. I'm definitely going to try that egg white idea! Thanks weeb!
