Pearl, I hope it's quiet in your house so you can sleep today!

Ruth, We are up way too early! This time change messes me up!

Auston loved trick-or-treating. At first, he was scared. He didn't want to walk to the door by himself. When he saw another kid do it, he braved up. He is very excited about his bag of candy. I don't think he ate anything healthy yesterday. sigh....

Good morning The cats fell for the clock change so we actually got a good night's sleep!

Ruth - Hope your afternoon is filled will wonderful doggy smiles and happy memories.

Chelby - Sounds like you and Auston had a fun time I loved those years before DD got too cool to go out trick or treating with her mom (and before she thought I was too old to dress up)

Lisa- you are the earworm queen of 3FC and some days I fear you

Pearl - hope you get some quiet time and a good nap today.

Kierie - How are you? Missing you around here

Weebles - Walk away from that scale A long walk sounds like a great way to spend the afternoon.

Cat - I'm all for the same cause of death. I know what you mean - watching my Dad with all his health issues, lack of anything resembling exercise, and eating habits just reinforces my commitment to being as healthy as I can.

Just another at home day. We decided we really need time to get stuff done around here and take it easy, so no bird trips this week. I've got extra cooking to do for friends. They both got laid off last spring and have decided to expand a small business into a larger one. They just opened this week and are working 16 -18 hour days and living on fast food. I'm making some healthy food they can just heat up when they are hungry. I'm also going to go drag my friend out for a walk this afternoon.

It looks like a busy week with long days. I think I'll toss some split pea soup in the crockpot. It will be good for lunches or dinners.

I'm hoping for some sunshine today

Good morning! I've been up since 4:30 with this time change.

We had a fun Halloween last night with Carley here. My DD and I took her out while Jake stayed home to hand out treats. We had around 50 trick-or-treaters and would have had more if it didn't start pouring rain.
It's still raining this morning, but if it clears up, we're going to try to get up some of these leaves in the yard. It seems they all came down at once and we're almost knee deep in them. Otherwise, I'm going to visit Mom & Dad for a while, and expect Dustin and Andrea to bring the grandkids over for supper this evening.

happy Sunday everyone. Another busy day here -- off to church this morning, then down to my MILs for lunch, then back to Church at 4 for the first Christmas pagent rehersal. Hopefully after that we'll go out for dinner.

Survived halloween - sort of. We have so much candy in the house. I have had no cravings at all, but managed to eat a few pieces last night. It didn't even really taste good, but I ate it anyway. BAD HABIT. Today is a new day and I'm back to P1. Friday was my end of P1 and I stayed the same. I need to read what I'm supposed to add this coming week -- but until I'm really sure, I'm sticking with P1 for now.

Have a great day everyone.

Hello beach babes! We're headed off to Lancaster County PA today for a couple of days of R&R. Halloween was great, the kids had a blast and we got lots of trick or treaters for a change. Good thing DH decided to buy some extra candy because I would have run out. I don't want to talk about where I've been, it's a place filled with stress and food porn. Friday I had my big meeting, so next week should be a little saner. I decided to take Monday off to recuperate. Anyhow, I'll be back bright and early Tuesday morning. I'm so ready to get back to "normal". My jeans are feeling very tight.

Well ladies,
I was a kinda bad girl yesterday. but my tummy made me pay for it. We had friends over last night to play board games and hang out and we ordered pizza. I got one with a whole bunch of veggies, ate 2 pieces (didn't finish the 2nd one) and have had a tummy ache since and have been in the bathroom non-stop. I don't crave anything which is a good thing, but my tummy isn't happy.
Just gonna do P1 for a couple of days to help my body get rid of that crap.
I had a blast though. We played this game called Ticket to Ride. its really fun. And then we played Bulderdash (*sp). AND we were in bed by 10. LOL
Well I'm off to go grocery shopping and to Lowes for a few things. Talk to yall soon.

Yeah I was naughty yesterday too. Bought all this healthy stuff at the store, and then went to Chris' brother's house for the Halloween party. Crap. I filled up on celery and cucumber and dip, but also had some chips, sampled the cheesy bread, and had a cup of real Sprite. NOT good. No candy though....

Back to Ph2 today. Gonna make Broccoli Cheese Soup today. Otherwise, just lazing around. Hope you all have a fabulous day!!!

I ran! I walked. I ran! I panted! It felt good to exercise. I've done ONLY Jazzercise since 1996. I'm looking forward to broadening my horizons.
