Good morning,

Meelsie- Go for the grilled chicken you will feel better afterwards. Hope your headache goes away.

Sillyfluff- You will be fine once you get there. Tomorrow is the big day yeah.

Cottage- I need to start using crockpot to get dinner on before I leave for work would make for a more relaxing start to my evening.

Ruth- You go- No thank you and don't cave in.

Chelby- I love whole foods but the store is way out of the way for me, so don't go often.

Cyndi- fingers and toes crossed for you, but it is a good feeling anyways isn't it.

Debbie- that is coooold, we just have another dreary gray rainy day today but it should be in the 50's.

Blessed- I do notice a difference in my clothes before I see a difference in the scale.

Jandaman- glad to hear that you are feeling better

Weezle- you crack me up- have a good day at work today.

As for me- Last night DD2 and DH were trying to guilt me into going with DD2 to the concert but I held firm. LOL I needed some quiet time and I got it, just me and pink (male cat) and blue (female dog) sitting on the sofa reading a newspaper. I had a raging headache which turned out to be allergies since I took an advil allergy pill this morning and it magically disappeared, which tylenol did nothing for last night.

Okay gotta run we are swamped, have a good day ladies.

The salads that came with the chicken were horrible...

So I went for the lasagne and it was DISGUSTING. So here I am downing the apple cider pills in the hope they will work their magic and cancel out all the bad (deluded? moi?) and i'm starting again on Monday. I tried to start again on Tuesday this week and I just can't, I need to start new things on Monday I know.

The best I can do now is look up anti bloat foods and tan my little heart out tonight in an effort to look thinner. Let's hope the boy likes me for me

At least my skin looks nice from all the vegetables i've been getting in- my poor backpacker body hasn't been used to that!

I HATE TRAVEL WEIGHT.

Thanks everyone for your encouraging words but I just didn't have the willpower this week it seems. I think I got a bit too excited by my water weight loss last week.

Quite a bit of headaches in today's posts. Something going around in the air?

gothik butterfly, sorry you didn't lose the lbs you were hoping for, sometimes it takes awhile for just a lb to come off. And pearlrose is right, sometimes you see a diff in clothes fittings than the scale first. Don't sweat it, you'll get there.

Me: Still feeling crampy, but on the bright side I'm in the 230's now. About 15-20 more lbs and I can fit into my size 20's again.. and thank god because I will have alot more clothes to wear then as aside from just 1 or 2 pairs of jeans and hardly any shirts and whatever else. My sister is gonna be so jealous of me.. she's been wanting to lose weight too, she's in the 300's. My mom is such an enabler. She's never gonna lose as long as mom brings her Ice Cream, TV Dinners, and Candy that I wouldn't eat and which she didn't want going to waste. How wrong is that?

Well, anyway, today I have my room to clean, more clothes to put in containers, maybe vacuum the house - all depending on how much energy I have.

Gonna try making the Better Than Real Meatloaf tonight. Will let you all know how it goes!

Man I'm ready to go home! 20 minutes.... was slammed all day until 3:30 and then.... DONE. Hope to get a lot of packing done tonight! Hopefully I'll still be motivated when I get home

I'll drop in later with results of the non-meatloaf!

OK so the fake meatloaf is AWESOME for fake meatloaf. Very good flavor, and I got it to hold together pretty well. Will post the recipe for you in Ph1 Entrees. Only thing wrong with it is that it doesn't make a whole lot. Perfect for just me though

I just taught my last Jazzercise class. I kept together while I was on stage, but am very sad now. I'll feel better after a good cry. See you guys in the morning.
