Morning all, a bit of a slow one here, woke up to find that we were out of coffee! So, tea substitute, but still feel pretty slow (my toddler was up 4 times last night too!) I think when I'm tired I especially want comfort foods (read:sugar).

Finding my job a bit difficult (besides being a grad student, stay-at-home-mom) -- I work for an American company who pays me to buy 50 new products monthly and report on them-- and its HARD to do that AND SB! (I dont have to eat the items, just report on their packaging)
Today there were tons of new granola bars on the market which I used to LOVE, but willpower was strong and they're safe in the pantry. I think it owuld be so much easier if I could get rid of the usual temptations (like crackers and granola bars and cookies, all of which there are several "news" a month)-- but alas, I'll get there!

Daughter just went down for a nap, so I'd best get some work in!
Take care everyone!

Lexxiss - aren't anaheims what they make chile relleno with? My DH loves those. I can buy small amounts at the grocery store, but they won't be at the farmer's market (I don't think). I did try a recipe last summer on the grill, it didn't work so well (and still too spicy for me).

Just finished a 3.3 mi run that felt GREAT in the fall weather, and now to have spaghetti squash spaghetti!

PS- I've never had, in the 17 months on SBD, the spaghetti sauce over spaghetti squash...OMG! SOOOOOO GOOOOOOD. I suppose I never did it before because the kids probably won't touch it! Now I have a new obsession!

Debbie, My dad would say that I didn't have to eat the cornbread dressing, but am still required to make it.

Twynn, I think you use poblano peppers to make chili rellenos. I love chili rellenos. Yum! Some are not so hot, but I don't know how to choose the milder peppers.

Me: Day 1 of Excel training was pretty good. Our instructor was entertaining. Still not sure I know how to lock a formula in a cell. When another student asked a question specific to her job, he informed her that he was not technical support. I think for what we are paying, he IS technical support for these two days. But, obviously, that is just MY opinion.

I'm taking my weary butt to bed! See y'all in the morning!

Chelby - Seems like he should try to find the answer even if he doesn't know it himself.

I'm getting ready for this weekends camp. We are up to 1023 registered boys and adults now and worried as to whether we'll have enough food. We're shutting down online registration in about an hour and a half so we can have time to get everything printed and ready to go for the camp. I remembered this morning that I need to arrange for the dog to be fed with Brian and I camping two nights so I talked to my neighbor and she's going to do it. Yeah!!! She just hates him left in the yard at night so she plans to crate him like he is used to and even see if her grown daughter will take him for a run. He'll love that.
