Hey everyone, let's make August a great exercise month!

August goal: 1000

Minutes so far: 515

1 - REST

2 - REST
3 - 30 min. WATP DVD; 2 miles
4 - 45 min. walk/jog
5 - 45 min. bike intervals

I'm in, but won't be as stellar. I have an 8 day vacation in the middle of the month. LOL

August goal: 1500

Minutes so far: 270

1-30 min. dancing.

3-30 min. dancing before lunch, and 60 min. dancing before dinner. Total for day: 90 min.

Just too busy this month to come in and be faithful re posting. I am exercising, etc....but I'm buried catching up from vacation and getting my football pool ready. (I have to create spreadsheets for all 17 weeks of the season, with team match-ups. It will take hours and hours.)
