I am starting SB on Sunday. I was wondering if I am already doing an exercise program if it will affect it? I am doing a boot camp fitness program 4 or 5 days a week. I have been doing that for a month.

From what I have read, I don't think so, but I am new to this too. Your energy level does dive a little bit (I started today,) but if you feel okay to exercise you should be good :)

Abby - Canadian bacon is a lot like ham. I prefer it to turkey bacon because I don't like bacon.
ladyrider - If you are already exercising (or eating pretty healthy to begin with) then you might not lose as fast as some but this is still a healthy way to eat. |

So after 2 weeks, I should go into this phase 1.5 for how long? Which 1.5 from my understanding is 2 servings of fruits/grains per day?? Right?
