Sitting all day is not helping at all! Before I was up on my feet and on the go all day (I miss that!!). And I run out of time at the end of the day to try to make up for all my lack of activity all day. I started back at the gym at 5am, so hopefully that helps some. But I was doing that before PLUS all the running around! Just need to be better with the food choices.
Chelby, how are you liking working now that it is summertime? I would be lying if I said I was enjoying my job right now. I miss running around with the kids and the lazy days of summer. I am trying to make up for it on the weekends and after work. This week is jam packed! I even asked for a "long lunch" tomorrow so I could take the kids to a movie playing at the library. No one asked why, so I didn't offer a reason! :-) Trying to do it all is hard work!

Hello everyone quick dash through, too busy at work for any personals, have to squeeze everything into lunch hour and it is tough.

Jenski -- I keep telling myself that it's going to get easier in the fall when Auston goes to school. Some days I'm very sorry I went back to work. But, my job is very family friendly. Last Wednesday, I took off at noon to take Auston swimming -- and they knew where I was going. DH is self employed and makes his own schedule. My in-laws live next door. Auston is in a good place. I'm just sad it's not ME doing all the fun stuff with him.

I know why I eat at work ..... There are CRAZY people in this office! The Therapist's 3:00 just showed up. IT'S 1:45!!! She's going to sit in the lobby LOOKING at me for the next hour and fifteen minutes!

Hey Guys:
I haven't been around much because work became wacko so no 3fc during the day and when I got home I was wiped. My eating has been seesawing on and off the towel. I got back to exercising today but food is still iffy at best.
I did have my last birthday celebration on Saturday. Girls day at a wine fest soo good!! too much Food porn! I'm goign to try to get on more need to channel My stealthy nature
