I'm planning on a tofu stir-fry tonight.

I'm having stir-fry too, Cottage, maybe with half the tofu you stashed in my freezer. I am overloaded with veggies so it'll be a good way to use them up.

Salade Nicoise with baguettes - I'll avoid the bread and potatoes. Yum! Liberté, égalité, fraternité!

jandaman 07-14-2009 11:20 AM

chicken peanut stir fry tonight!

cottagebythesea 07-14-2009 06:10 PM

I'll make my stir-fry tomorrow. We ended up going to a seafood buffet since I got a surprise afternoon off. :)

Tonight we're having leftovers from last night's dinner.

~London Broil
~Cauliflower
~Salad

I didn't prepare dessert but there are sugar-free Fudgesicles, popsicles, yogurt and Jell-O available.

Your dinner sounded great! One thing that is so great about SB is that the whole family eats healthy.

I've been wanting a healthy burger. Tonight we'll grill buffalo burgers with Ezekial buns and the usuals; lettuce, onion and tomato. Grilled zucchini and a healthy summer salad.

Thanks! :) Believe me, the kids are used to the SBD way of eating but they were not pleased with me when I cut out fast food. Since I wouldn't give in, they're all on board. It was either that or starve.

Buffalo burgers sound delish! I haven't had them in years. Enjoy...:)

evening all! tonight for dinner i had a multi grain wrap w.grilled chicken, melted cheese, and sundried tomato & basil pesto. w/a side of green beans YUM! janda that sounds real good, do you have a recipe?

Chelby29 07-15-2009 07:57 PM

Spaghetti with ww pasta for the fam and spaghetti squash for me.

cottagebythesea 07-15-2009 08:30 PM

I had the veggie and tofu stir-fry that I had planned to make yesterday.

Pnut Butter, to stay true to SBD, make sure the first ingredient listed on your package of multigrain wraps is whole wheat. Most multigrain breads don't have any whole wheat or whole grains in them at all.

Schmoodle 07-15-2009 08:59 PM

Tonight was grilled chicken and leftover salad.
