wish - I use one half cup of oatmeal, one cup of water and five minutes in the microwave. I then top it with Spenda, cinnamon and fruit and that keeps me until my morning snack.

Same here but I skip the fruit and add unsweetened almond milk instead of regular milk and a Tbs of almond butter or peanut butter. It's delish. The PB keeps me full longer.

Could some one tell me what are shirataki noodles??? Are they low carb? What section of the grocery store would they be?

Joanna - shirataki noodles are made from tofu and soybean. A 4oz serving has 3g. of carbs, no fat, no sugar and 20 cals. according to my package. They are packed in water and I simply rinse them in hot water. They are very bland and need doctoring up to eat. I get them at an asian store but perhaps someone else can tell you where to get them in the states.

Supper tonight is a white egg omlette (had to use up egg whites left over from baking) with lots of vegetables and grated cheese. Will have a glass of wine while watching Slumdog Millionaire.

Did a lot of eating out today, but totally stayed OP. Yay!

B: Leftover black beans, 1 egg, lf cheddar
S- Apple
L- Greek salad with grilled shrimp
S- Coffee
D- Salad, shrimp fra diavalo with WW pasta
S- Strawberry smoothie

So DBF and I are friday night regulars, along with some friends, at a great little italian place by our apartment. I've been passing on going there since starting SBD, but BF still sometimes goes with friends. Well, the waitress took notice, and asked where I was. When BF mentioned I was avoiding due to SB, she personally told the chef that they needed to start stocking WW pasta... and they have!!! I love little neighborhood places where they'll do that for you. There portions are so huge that I can only eat about a quarter of the pasta on my plate, but that's fine... BF benefits from the leftovers
