10 grain hot cereal and berries, with a hardboiled egg on the side. With the time change and all, this will probably be my breakfast/lunch for the day, so I want to keep it hearty. I'll have some veggies for my afternoon snack.

this morning was a HUGE breakfast! and about 250 calories!
I had 2 eggs made like an omelet but not with anything in them , 2 veggie sausage links, and 2 cups of spinach sauteed with 6 mishrooms sliced, and a clove of garlic minced... soooooo good!

Oh they are so gross, I have really tried. It bothers me to find a veggie I don't like. But I'll say it, I DON'T LIKE BRUSSELS SPROUTS!!! They were on sale at the store last week so I got some and tried them roasted. I have been gagging them down all week. Thank goodness the last of them went this morning in my scrambled eggs. It was a challenge to get those down, let me tell you. I have tried them every which way now, and that's it, no more. Next time I have some I will send them along to you two!

So this morning was scrambled eggs with sprouts and mozzarella. Ewww.

Schmoodle, I feel that way about lima beans. I'm 40, and I DON'T HAVE TO EAT THEM!

LF cottage cheese omelet/blintz: 1/2 c. egg beaters cooked like a pancake with 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese & 2 tsp. no sugar strawberry preserves spread on one half, fold over like an omelet. Decaf Irish breakfast tea.

I had veggies for my morning snack.

I still can't get over you ladies that can eat leftovers from dinner for breakfast. I'm all for breakfast at dinner but for some reason get weirded out by dinner for breakfast. My stomach couldn't handle it, I think.

This morning was a bowl of Kashi Go Lean and a cafe latte sweetened with Splenda.

DH is a traditional breakfast person. I swear the world would come to a standstill if he didn't have coffee, juice and some kind of breakfasty thing. When he is out of town though, I often have whatever I want such as some leftover soup or casserole or even pizza. I seldom have coffee in the morning so maybe that makes it easier...coffee & soup is just plain wrong.

Tomorrow is going to be eggs as DS1 specifically requested them. I'll probably have the cinnamon omelet.

Fibre 1, blueberries and yogurt - a "normal" breakfast.
My blood sugar was too low this morning so I may have stoned wheat thins and some Laughing Cow with my mid-morning V8.

I tend to lean towards the "normal" breakfasts, too. Mine this morning is oatmeal with raspberries and slivered almonds.
