I am a little depressed. I have been eating really welll so far this week. I decided to have stir fry tonight. Cornstarch and oyster sauce included. The recipe had about 2 teaspoons (a big tablespoon of corn starch) adn maybe a tablespoon of oyster sauce. Mind you that this recipe could serve 3-4 people, so I didnt eat a whole lot. I didnt eat too much sauce when I realized that it might not be a good thing. Could I have done alot of damage?? I'm really upset. I have that "I can't do anything right" feeling. I am not going to binge, though. I did eat some sugar free candy--desire triggered by the corn starch??
Ho hum

I'm pretty sure that Dr. A said a very small amount of cornstarch or other thickener was ok in a recipe or purchased product, since the amount of starch would be so small. It sounds like a good meal to me Though I'm not a 'by the book' kind of gal, I'm a tweaker
