Hey Beachers!
I got a quick question. I have done Phase 1 before and had decent results...well, here I go again. I drink a protein shake in the morning and in the past I have put Skim milk in it - 8-16 oz (while I was doing Phase 1 the first time). Anywho,the book said no milk in Phase 1 but we know how the books don't always tell it all. I found out that Skim Milk has 12 g of sugar in ever 8 oz serving. I don't want to mess up, I want to do this right.
Anyone else do milk in Phase 1???
