Default can i have this on sbd

bfl turkey meatloaf- i love this recipe wondering if i can eat this

1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
4 egg whites
1 cup salsa
3/4 cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked
1 pkg knorr vegetable soup mix
1/4 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup *i hate ketchup so never use this much...its on top anyways

I'm not sure what the Knorr Vegetable Soup mix has in it, so I would check that out first. And for the ketchup, you can substitute one made with Splenda. Otherwise, the recipe looks OK for Phase 2.

carbohydrate 6g
sugar less than 1g

ingredients: dehydrated vegetables, malodextin, potato starch, salt, hydrolyzed corn protein, monosodium glutamate, partially hydrogenated soymean oil, yeast extract, onion powder, tomato powder, spice, caramel color, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate

Sorry, but that soup mix is a no-no. Potato starch is the third ingredient listed, plus it contains corn protein and lots of other necessary chemicals. How about substituting a vegetable puree such as carrots or squash, instead?

If I was you I would look at some soup mix alternatives like maybe some salad dressing mix packages... I sometimes like the ranch in stuff... you can definitely find some that are more natural than others... BUT, to be honest, I use the knorr stuff a couple times a month in different recipes(especially spin dip) its very potent and I would honestly doubt that you would need to use the whole package in the recipe- I bet that would turn out quite spicy
