I never cook two meals. The only thing I might do is add a starch for the boys.

epw: the only time I cook 2 meals is when we're having something for dinner that I know my 2 year old won't eat. my family usually loves all the sb meals i make. try making them 1 meal, and if they want something else, they can get it themselves!

okay, back on topic: its hardest for me at the end of the day, when there are no more meals, snacks, or desserts lined up. after 2 yr. old is in bed, my lunch is made for the next day, boyfriend is not home from work yet, and i'm not ready for bed. this is when i really want to park myself somewhere and eat cereal or ice cream or popcorn, anything snacky and not legal.

It used to be evenings, but not as much now....

If you are really hungry...EAT!!!!!!! make a big old bowl of salad, or eat a hardboiled egg (protein helps) or a little bowl of beans. Don't ever deprive yourself if you are hungry...if you do, then you'll overeat at the next meal.
