Here was my menu for yesterday:
B- egg beaters w/ peppers, mushrooms,onions
S- 2 deviled eggs
L- salad w/chicken
S- cheese stick
D- steak, cup broccoli, cup cauliflower
S- cottage cheese, hard cheese, green pepper slice, skim milk

The last snack was just alittle of each.

Did I eat too much yesterday??? :?:

Are olives allowed on Phase 1? I hope so, nice touch on salads. But I didn't notice them listed as an ingredient on the Greek salad recipe. So I omitted them.

They're OK. They are considered a fat though so they are limited.
From The FAQ sticky Phase I foods:

Olives (Green or Ripe) 15 = 1/2 TBS oil

Did good so far on day one! I may have eaten a little bit too many nuts but I will be more careful tom. Does any one know if I can use a protien powder in my drink in the morning??? I think it has 11 carbs if I use the 2 scoops and I only use 1 plus it is low in sugar....
