What's for dinner 11/3 - 11/9
Join us and share what you're having for dinner this week.....who knows you might inspire someone to try something new.
Tonight we're having spinach patty and portobello mushroom burgers with a green salad. I'm really hoping that it satisfies the husband.
For dessert this week we're having quinoa pudding....YUM!!!!

I grabbed a crockpot rotisserie-style chicken recipe off that crockpot365 site. Instead of making it a whole chicken, I just used chicken breasts.
Looks and smells good cooking, we'll see how it turns out tonight.
I'll pair that up with some veggies of some kind.

Leftovers! We have far too much in the fridge to make anything new. Butternut squash stew, crab and corn bisque and chicken spaghetti. I'll make a salad and some green beans to round everything out.

I'm going to make pheasant cordon bleu with ham and lf swiss. I use pheasant in place of chicken in pretty much every recipe.

Jenny - I'm interested to find out how that rotisserie style crock chicken turned out? I was looking at that recipe.
Msolson - I'm a MN girl as well....I miss pheasant...

Tonight we're having Chili. I made some gouda and roasted red pepper ww bread in the breadmaker yesterday to have with it. A salad will probably be in the works as well. It is election night and I need something that is easy and feeds a lot!
