Just wondering if anyone else iw using this? I find it fabulous- there are only a couple things I miss from fitday like calorie defeceits and such, but for the amount of foods in the database I have no problem dropping that! I am just using the free trial still but I think I will definitely be purchasing it after my week is up!
Just thought some of you may have thoughts on it or if you haven't heard of it you may want to give it a try!!!
I love love love love CalorieKing! I tried to diet with an ediets plan for six few weeks before I got CK, and I lost a grand total of ... three pounds. Once I got CK, the weight started falling off. I love how fast it is to log things, and how easy it becoems to plan my whole day's calories in advance.
DP uses this one. We found several programs with trial versions which helped a lot with the decision process. I was already committed to FitDay or I would have considered it. At this point I have so much stuff personalized I definitely don't want to start over
