I have a confession girls. Yesterday while I was cleaning neighbors I caved to the calling of reese's pb cups they had on the counter. I didn't stop at one, no, I had (yikes) three. But wouldn't you know it? I gained a headache from it and I really didn't enjoy them! I much rather have the SB pb cups! they are more filling, and believe it or not, I believe taste better!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back from a mini vacation. Spent a couple of days in the Frankenmuth/Flint area and the shopping was great at Birchrun Mall.
Thanksgiving was great. Had family and friends over both day but made this dessert for myself and the company liked it too. I only used 1/3 cup of splenda and 4 egg whites from a carton. But since I can't post links yet the website is: Health Discovery.
Trying to get my willpower back, doesn't help that DH walked in with fresh baquettes.
Going off to do a major fridge clean up
Have a nice day

So because I didn't get Jade out the past two days for walks I took her to the park and went for an hour and a half or more of running around the park! Not only did I tire her out but I scared her! She chased off after some critter so I hid behind a tree, when she came back to the trail (just a minute later) she went flying past me looking for me... doubled back, looking.... didn't take her long to find me! Did that to her a couple more times before she stopped chasing critters! LOL.... she's exhausted now!

ETA: It'd been threatening to rain on and off all day, but it held out until we got about half way home and the sprinkles started!

Good Afternoon Ladies,

It's been nice and cool in AZ for a couple of days so I've taken advantage of the cooler weather and extended my walks during lunch. I think I’m getting about ½ mile more then my typical walk. It will be back in the 90's by Friday so I figured I better enjoy the weather while I can. There is not much shade around the area I walk so when it hits high 80's and 90's I have to take an earlier lunch and cut back on the amount of time I can tolerate being out there.

Hello there! I have a HORRIBLE tooth ache! I was up most of the night last night. I called my dentist and he got me right in. He isn't 100% sure what is causing this.. he did some work, sent me home with pain pills and a huge antibiotic because likely I have an infection too. I am on the pain killers right now, my head feels funny and the pain is intense! :-( He said give him a call if it gets worse, otherwise take the pills and come back in a few days. I don't think I can make it a few days! I hate teeth related pain!

Wonder how Zeff is settling into her new place!?

Loriann.... CONGRATS ON THE 20LBS! That is awesome!!

Off to complain to Dh how much my mouth hurts!!

Jenks - If it isn't better tomorrow, please insist on some treatment. Even if the antibiotics clears up the infection, the dentist needs to find the root of it.

I'm going in to see the endodontist tomorrow. I had a crown removed recently and the dentist said it looked like there was infection and the root canal might need more work. I really hope it is okay but there is some pain and I'd rather have work done while the crown in off. The crown was only 9 or 10 years old but it needed to be replaced.

I'm busy trying to get everything ready for me to be gone at Wood Badge Thurs - Sunday. Eating hasn't been the best but I'm doing what I can.

I have another apt set for Sat for more work. He said if it got worse before then to call back in and he'll get me in sooner. He wasn't 100% sure today because I have already had 2 root canals on that side about 5 years ago. He did something today to the roots of one of those teeth, said we would know this afternoon if that solved the problem (it didn't). He said it could be the tooth next to it or maybe a crack in the tooth. He is working on it... just wish it was fixed today... this pain is crazy. I feel like I am going insane! I called them again, they told me to take some Advil. I am going to stop the Vicodin and try Advil. Vicodin never does anything for me, I should have known better! Thanks for the concern Barb!! DH is getting tired of hearing me complain... but this is crazy!

Just a quick to everyone tonight. It's my fall for stuff apparently. This morning my best friend was taken to the ER with heart palpitations, sweats, & stomach pain. She has a really bad family history of early heart attacks so scared the heck out of her and me! The good news is not a heart attack. Hopefully tomorrow they will figure out what it is.

It's an early dinner here tonight so I'm off to cook now.

Zeff - How's that unpacking going? Did you lose your computer?!
