Today's the day! I'm ready to dedicate to a strict eating plan to see some results. I've been with LA Weightloss, but I'm so tired of chicken I could scream and it's so much food to eat.....all the time! I've done SB before and had totally great results, so as much as I hate the first two weeks, I'm doing it. Anyone intersted in doing it with me? I think it'd be so much easier with a support structure of some sort. Just let me know
That's great Sass--very exciting! Well, to update: I hate it but so far today has been good. I've been on plan and I have great energy and no headache so I'm hoping this a peek into the rest of the 13 days. Are you still in P2?

The first few days of P1 I felt sluggish, hungry and tired but my friend told me to increase my veggie intake and not do the minimum. After that I was fine.

I started with Ph11 today. I had already done Sb then changed over to Metabolic reasearch after my honey moon, Big Mistake..Way too restrictive.Makes me really appreciate SB. Good Luck to all
