Happy!

I don't know that I've even met you, Happy...you must be so busy exercising you don't have that much time to post! A lesson I need to learn!

Congrats to all the princesses, too...you are inspiring!

I'm not going to lie - a wee bit of a competitive streak definitely motivated me in the beginning
There's a crown with your name on it Loriann

Well cyndi, my goal isn't to be "queen"... My goal is to "exercise!"... for the first time I've really pretty much been walking almost every day. In the past I would start and do ok for a few days, then before I knew it the month had gone by and not many walks at all! The last two months I've UPped my own expectations, to encourage me to get out there every day. Unfortunately the last two I haven't been feeling well, and although I have sharp pains today I HAVE to get out there and walk! I'll leave the weights home! I've even been thinking to try and get out once in am, and once in pm, so my puppy doesn't get so bored!

This is how it starts. Before you know it you will need to exercise and get antsy when you don't Congratulations Loriann!

Great job girls. Hopefully one day I'll join the princess list. I just have to actually get up and move!

It's just 33 minutes/day in October or 44 minutes each DOOL day! Walk in place during your show if you don't have exercise equipment and you'll be there (My Mom tapes DOOL and plays it while she is on her treadmill in the evenings. I was watching the show when I was a toddler, though I don't remember it!).

That's a really good idea, especially since I tend to veg out and lay on the bed during DOOL. There's scarce space in the room but I can make space. Hopefully I'll have good news to report tomorrow after DOOL.
