Chicken stroganoff. I'm DEBATING on making it this week, and am afraid it may be too much in the way of pasta... Pasta, even ww, sends me going into attack mode as does breads. BUT, I know I need to try to reintroduce a little bit.
So, I'm thinking serving it with a salad, but I have salads for lunch. Any other suggestions so I don't have to have more dressing on salad???
I need to make sure I put a veggie with it!!!!!
Anyone try this dish from the southbeach recipes? did you like it? any notes on it?
I haven't tried that Chicken Stroganoff recipe, but I do love stroganoffs!
How about serving it over spagetti squash or steamed shredded cabbage? I almost always use one of them as a substitute for pasta. Or, you could even have it over steamed, riced cauliflower.
I'll have to earmark that recipe. It sounds like it would be good on a chilly autumn day.
