ok here's the recipe for "reeses pieces"
80-85% dark chocolate
all natural pb
splenda or agave nectar to spice up pb (i don't use it)
tiny cupcake thingees or mini dixie cups
basically you slowly melt the chocolate bar in a hot water bath and pour it, slightly cooled but still liquid, into the dixie cup while turning the cup slowly to make sure it covers the sides as well as the bottom. freeze until firm, add pb and cover with more melted chocolate and freeze.
whew..now that i've written it down it seems pretty work-intensive

but i usually make 2 dozen and have one as a snack. yummy!
