I usually rotate between salad dressings. I typically use less than 2 tablespoons - just not a huge dressing user - and always eat it on the side, so I have "built in portion control."
1. Olive oil and vinegar when I want "light."
2. T. Marzetti's ranch when I want creamy
3. F.F. Sour cream (1/2 - 1 Tbsp.) with 3 tbsp. salsa when I want something that resembles a taco salad.
I have the Goddess dressing from TJ's, but haven't tried it yet, and I will try the greek yogurt rather than the S.C.
