My kids end camp today, and it begins as soon as my husband gets home. Packing, cleaning, and all around getting ready for vacation! I can't wait, and hope to keep it drama free (other relatives will be there, and...)
I've decided not to go to the gym today, and not for the usual excuses, such as I'm working tonight (which I am; I work as an overnight domestic violence counselor), I'm too tired, or I don't have time. I just don't want to go to the gym. However, I am fully prepared to workout at home with my free weights, exercise dvd's, and Wii Fit. I don't plan on making this a trend, but I feel I need a break from the gym. I get bored easily, and don;t want to burn out. Its been nearly a month of 3x a week, so just a day shouldn't be so bad...
Hiya, girls! Quick check-in as I'm hoping that my coworkers are headed this way so that we can go back home to Austin. I took my test at 8 this morning and it only took 45 minutes and I got a 98!! Phew! Glad that's over. I have to do it all over again in a month, but at least I'm done for August!

I am new and on the 4th day of the SBD. My plans for this weekend are to continue packing and organizing. I'm moving this weekend, and then moving again in November when my family's new house is complete. This had really make me realize how out of shape I am, although I am grateful for all of the runs up and down the stairs as cardio,lol. Tomorrow I am going to a BBQ, I will have a bunless burger and veggies.....
Morning ladies and Matt. Quick fly by for me....I spent the morning watching last night's late Olympics.....seeing the girls do so well!!! Chiro appointment this morning, then lunch with a friend. Tonight we're over to friends to watch more of the bachelorette. Always a good time!

Weezle, I think you did the right thing because your friend really DOES sound quite self-absorbed and like she needed a reality check. I have a self-absorbed friend who is good hearted as well, but she can manage to turn anyone's drama into her own and switch the story suddenly into it being all about her, even if her drama is far less truly dramatic. She has to be the star of the show. Your friend truly takes the cake for expecting you to show up at the birthday party at a time like this... She wasn't really being a very supportive friend. Just my two cents.

Hi everyone else, everyone seems to be doing well. I was overly tired and after feeding the baby at 7 this morning, I tried to go back to sleep and couldn't. Eventually I did and ended up getting up late, at 11:00, so now I've just eaten breakfast, eggs, some reduced fat cheddar, v8, and turkey bacon. And I'm sick of it, I need to hit up the recipe section for something different. Hopefully today we'll get a tape recorder and get some "interesting stuff" on tape. Uh no, I didn't mean home-made porn. I'm speaking of audio. Like certain people admitting to things that they are lying about which will ultimately damn them in a certain place. And I don't mean **** although it shall seem like it after everything's done and over with. Heh heh heeeeeeeh.

It's the 15th so it's a busy day here at work for me. Weekend is here and besides the Jags game Saturday night, church and softball practice on Sunday I have nothing to do but what I want to do - I luv it!
Cottage, Nessa & Schmoodle I hope you chicks had a great day together
It was great to meet Nessa and Schmoodle IRL, and we had a good time chatting and shopping. They are both very sweet, and they both look great! The market was jam-packed and hot, and although Audrey & Maggie were very well-behaved, it wasn't too much fun for them, so we didn't stay too long. But we are definitely planning to get together again soon, minus children this time!
I stayed the longest. I waited until after everybody left and then I went and ate 3 whoopee pies and one of those peanut butter crumpet things...
And a funnel cake.
It was fun! Cottage is very sweet and the girls were adorable and extremely patient with our blabbing. I hadn't met Nessa's girl child before, she seems like a really nice girl Nessa and very pretty, you'll have to keep an eye on her! Loved the Green Dragon, what a great place!

Nessa, ! You are such fun to be around! I really enjoyed meeting your dear Brian and you daughter, too. She's very sweet, and I especially liked how she talked with Audrey & Maggie. You should be proud.
Maggie slept all the way home, poor thing. I had a nice supper of cottage cheese with some of those blueberries and a sliced nectarine. We're watching the Olympics right now, too.
