Sample menus always build in extreme variety to show you what's possible. It's almost humanly impossible to eat with that much variety and still maintain a job . A different breakfast every day, a different meat every day, a different grain every day (not phase 1, obviously), etc, etc ??? Not in this universe (unless you can afford a full time chef ). But as you get used to it, you can start introducing more variety a little at a time.

Hi Lynn and WELCOME to the beach! The only thing I can suggest in addition to what these folks have is JOURNAL! If you keep tabs on what you eat, and are at a loss for something for dinner, the journal will help you find something you like! It will also help keep you from eating more than you should!
