Hi chicks, yucky boring all-day meeting. Trying hard to stay on-plan. I went to a mexican restaurant for lunch and had chicken fajitas, no tortillas, with guac and beans. But I did break down and have a couple of the chips, well okay a few. So for dinner I picked up a bag of microwave veggies and a can of black bean soup. I really really want to show a loss on Saturday, because if I do I will be a "teen" and that will be so exciting!
Kind of a stressful day, issues at home I can't do anything about from here (nothing really serious).
Watching "The Biggest Loser" - wierd show, I've never seen it before. They have all lost a lot of weight - do they lose it really fast? Some of them over 100 lbs.
There is a guy at the meeting who was very heavy when I met him 2 years ago. He lost a lot of weight last year. I noticed today at lunch, he ordered the buffet, ate two platefuls of enchiladas and whatnot, and polished off most of the basket of chips on the table, and then picked up a cookie for the road. It would be such a shame if he gains it all back again. Tomorrow he wants to go to the chinese buffet. There is NOTHING SBD at those places.
Last night trying to go to sleep I was watching Big Medicine. Boy was that a motivation. All those poor people getting staples and lapbands out of desperation. I so do not want to go there!
