Good morning all!

Well, I had a great NSV last night and this morning. No, underwear didn't slip down again But, I was able to get into a pair of pants that I held on to for the last 10 years. They are old, but black, so they never really go out of style. I don't think I'll ever wear them - only because they are a side closure, and such a pain in the butt to zip. Who in their right mind thought of putting zippers on the sides of pants anyway? LOL

The other NSV was this morning when I was getting ready for work. I pulled out a shirt, that was WAY too big, so I had to go digging to find something else, and on a whim I pulled out a shirt that I used to wear as an over shirt - because I couldn't button it up. Well, I'm wearing it at work today. Not tight, not pulling!!! Go me!!!!! AND even better... it's my TOM, so I'm bloated.

The scale isn't showing much progress, but if the inches are leaving me, I'm just as happy!

Well, off to get some work done. And fill up my new water mug. 64 oz honker! It's better than running to the water cooler every 10/15 minutes

Have a great day!!!

Mare

I AM ALIVE !! hahahaha and survived my first week back at school. I ... um.. think I like my class. They are a little talky but we'll work on that.

mare,
Yeah you!
I'm not sure what NSV stands for but boy do I know what you mean! I had one this morning. I put on a belt that I always wear. I put it on the smallest setting and could slide my whole hand down between the belt and the pants. Honestly, I was so SHOCKED that I didn't even understand what was happening!

waves to everyone~~
I'm so happy for the weekend!

noles - NSV stands for non-scale victory.

The program preview at the district scouting meeting last night went really well. It was so great to see so many people that I knew! It was a blast.

Today I donated blood at the drive at work. She did really well at finding a vein. In fact it didn't want to stop afterwards and I felt a bit dizzy but I got back to my building okay and feel fine now. I'm about to quit for the day and don't have to work again until 4:45AM tomorrow morning (from home). I'm debating getting up early and showering and dressing (pros: I'll be more awake and dressed, cons: I get less sleep) but I might just hope that I get to take a break later in the morning and get dressed then. I'll be tied to my computer and phone for most of the day until the go/no go decision around 6PM so I've planned for fast meals that I can cook while on the phone if I have to.

No time to comment to everyone. Have a great day though!

hey everyone
Great NSV, Mare and Noles!! By the way, Noles, there is a directory of acronyms in the general 3FC FAQ section. Gosh I can't wait to tell you about mine, whenever they happen!!
exhausting day. The kids had a sleepover last night and were crankpots today. it's 7:20 now and i am DRAGGING my *** for a run. The plan was to step it up today, too (2 min jog, 1 min walk instead of my usual 1/1). We shall see.
After that, I am happy to cook some dinner and just RELAAAAAAX. I have to go home to New Jersey this weekend, but mom's a practicing SBDer so it should be fine. I am very hopeful that my body will start to shift soon, now that TOM is here and hopefully leaving soon!!!
Hope all is well with you all. I'm sure i"ll be checking in plenty.

Default Good evening ladies

I'm so late posting here, but it is good exercise.

We had a great lightening storm last night and lots of rain. We really needed it. I went for a run this morning, not as far as I wanted, but right now I'm just trying to get back into my exercise groove.

Had to work 1/2 shift today and I'm on for the weekend, ugh. I hate 12 hour shifts, they are killers. I am working with fun people though and that makes it tolerable.

My dd and I painted her room and hallways last night until the wee hours of the morning, it was fun but I'm beat today. I'll be glad to get the house back together.

Well, I'm off to soak in the tub. Hope you all have a great weekend!
