Big hugs to you, Lisa. I know most people don't want to hear it, but a failed marriage is so much better than a life of unhappiness in a bad one. I will be praying for you and DH and that you will make the best choice for yourself.

Lisa honey if you weren't in springfield I would say we need to do lunch! My funk has to do with marriage issues also, isn't life grand? Feel free to private me if you want, maybe we can vent to each other!

LC - I thought of you yesterday while I was there, how much do we love this board? Couldn't see Johnson crash from my seat but saw his car as they brought it down the pits! We actually sat right behind Carl Edwards pit in the very top row so our seats were very nice! Indy is fun if you have the right seats, (trust me I have sat in every possible spot but turn 4 there) the bad part is getting out, not so much the traffic but the 250,000 + rushing to their cars!

Lisa, I'm praying for you, sweetie. It sounds like you are giving your all, trying to hang onto your marriage. I sure hope things start getting better for you. Life's too short to spend it being unhappy.

Shequila, I have mixed feelings regarding Curves. It has certainly made a difference for me, I definitely can see muscle tone and definition, and it's made me more flexible, too. But it seems like since I've been going, I've been having lots of trouble with my arm and shoulder. It constantly aches and throbs, and I've been wondering if the hydraulics on the machines is what's causing it. But Curves has been the only exercise program I've ever been able to stick with, so I'd hate to have to give it up.

Maggie seems to be perfectly fine. We think she must have been bitten by a spider or some other insect, and just has a bad inflammation from the bite. Her doctor has her on antibiotics and Benedryl, and it's taken care of the itching. She hasn't complained about it bothering her all day today, so I guess the meds are working. Cindy was concerned that her Lyme Disease was acting up again, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Sheila, I have not always run. I hated running up until about two weeks ago. Every once in awhile I need to change up my routine. When we lived in Washington state I did step classes. When we lived in Maryland I did Tae Bo and The Firm. When we lived in Texas I did the elliptical and the round of the weight machines at the gym. When we lived in California I went back to The Firm and then needed something new after Avery was born and so I decided I wanted to be able to run five miles. I had never run more than a mile at a time in my life. I hated running. I don't know what possessed me to want to run five miles. It took me seven months, but I worked up to it. I started off running one mile at 5.0 miles per hour on the treadmill. The next week I ran one and a half miles at 5.0 miles per hour. Then the next week two miles at 5.0 miles per hour. Then the next week I stayed at two miles and ran at 5.5 miles per hour. I worked up to running six miles at 6.7 miles per hour! Just two weeks ago I realized I like running now. Bizarre!

Hope you feel better soon, Mare!

Pacer, you should always post when you feel down! The nice thing about this board is that *someone* is always up to help those who aren't.
