Tonight I made the Spinach Frittata posted here- http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=117199.

I actually had all the ingredients on hand- it was quick, easy and I am super full. I just used salsa I already had- YUM!

After I got off the phone with the Australian guys around 7:30, I threw together the fastest meal I had planned this week, shrimp creole (rice for DH), broccoli, and salad.

I had grilled chicken with sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms in tomato sauce, and served it over a bed of raw broccoli slaw.

My youngest sister lived with us for a year when we were back in the D.C. area. A couple months ago, she and I were walking somewhere, and she said, "Kara, it totally smells like your house!" There was garlic cooking somewhere. She didn't even realize that was the smell of garlic, but we use it so often that's what she associates with the smell of our house! No heart disease here!!!

Kiko, how yummy is that spinach frittata? The other ones are just as good!!!
