take whole okra and lay them in on a cookie sheet, then spray them with olive oil "pam", then sprinkle with creole seasoning, or whatever kind of "dry" seasoning mix you have and put them in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes or so...it is really really good.

Great, now I am thinking about okra and seafood gumbo. sigh..

I heart Alton Brown too ...but Rachel Ray annoys the CRAP outta me

besides...I really don't need to watch the food channel to learn how to make TUNA CASSEROLE!!!

"and you can SO entertain with it!!"....she says that about EVERYTHING!! as if I am going to have a dinner party and serve shepherd's pie!!

oh she bugs me....

she DOES have a remarkable work ethic though...

Ooooh, Rachel Ray haters this way:
No wait, I won't paste the link. Just Google "Rachel Ray s**ks community".
But I won't defend her, she is very annoying. Didn't mean to start anything!

I love Alton too. I'm wildly attracted to the dorky nerd type. with skills.

True, very true. And Kelly Ripa is better than Paris Hilton. Okay, now somebody else go next.

I'm having way too much fun on here today.
