Ya know Ruth, I quit smoking almost 3 months ago and gained most of this weight then. It could be that my body likes being here. If that is the case and I'm healthy for the first time in a long time - then so be it!!!!
I am working out 5 days a week. This week the kids have been on spring break so I haven't been able to get to the gym.
I am noticing that my IBS issues have gone away with eating the SB way. All in all, I feel physically better, so I'm trying not to look at the scale.
Anyway....Thank you for the food for thought
