Plateau what to do
Okay so I was sailing through... I dropped weight rather quickly... and I am about a month into it, and it seems as I hit phase II I hit rock same weight...but I have been working out and eating as I should.
I have been drinking a shake every morning could this be stunting my loss?
ADVICE PLEASE... The shake I got off here with my own twist or not... Ice, Cocoa powder (2 tbs), 1 cup skim milk, 2 tbs natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, and 2 tbs splenda (any input please?)
Then I eat normally the rest of the day snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack
HELP I am getting frustrated.
