1 Point BLT Salad

  • 1 Point BLT Mac Salad

    2 cups elbow macaroni -- cooked and drained- SUGARBUSTERS use whole grain pasta!!
    5 green onions -- finely chopped
    1 1/4 cups celery -- diced
    1 large tomato -- diced
    1 1/8 cups fat free mayonnaise
    5 teaspoons white vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon Salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 lb turkey bacon slices low fat -- cooked and crumbled
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Cook Pasta according to package directions,draina nd rinse in cold
    water.
    2. In a large bowl,combine the pasta,grren onion,tonatos and celery.
    3. In a small bowl combine Mayonnaise,vingar,salt and pepper.
    4. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
    5. Cover and chill for hours.
    6. Just before serving add bacon.
    7. I have also used ranch dress or peppercorn dressing and just left out the mayonnaise and vinegar and salt and pepper.
    8. Just all depends on your taste.
