Time and tiredness are two very hard factors for me to overcome at times.

D-grilled pork chop
wg rice and orzo mixture
salad
Today
B- wg cereal w/ff milk
salad - chicken, almonds, yellow pepper, cukes, tomatoe
kashi wg crackers
snack - some more ( too many) kashi wg crackers 1 cheese stick
D-chicken,black beans, corn ,salsa crockpot recipe I have
That is it, but I am only two and half pounds from where I was when I went out of town.
