Default Sept 4th-Sept 10th FOOD THREAD

well yesterday was not fit to print so let's see how today goes...

b-WW waffles w/NF yogurt, mixed berries, topped w/chopped pecans
L-mozz & tomato quesadilla, w/side salad
D-chicken something-either mexican w/green salsa or chinese stir-fry
w/ lots of veggies

S-cheese stick w/few triscuits

well batmomm, you have done fantastic!!! While, I have done terrible. Well I can't really say I was bad except for the last couple of days, but I never lost back what I gained on my trip and now have picked up two more pounds. So I am starting back at phase I. I really never added that much to phase 1 except for a nightly glass of wine, maybe two on Saturday nights, but I guess I must have been making my portions bigger or not watching my fats. has been sporatic. Will try to be better.
B- scrambled eggs w/ lt. cheese and hot sauce
L- will be a salad, probably a greek one at Panneras w/chunk og wg bread
no snack
D-grilled pork chops and salad

yay you're back!! yeah I really need to concentrate on dropping weight if it's gonna happen, I catch myself falling into too many lazy habits, like today-I was time crunch so I planned a nice turkey sandwich and a big salad, well skipped the salad and had just hte sandwich. I know I should've gone the other route...not terrible choices but not the best either, like the habenero doritos...EEKK!!!

Hey Batmomm, thanks for the welcome and then what did I do, but I din't get on last night. I find it really helps me to post and I seem to stay focused!! You only have 6 pounds to go, that is so fantastic!! Time and tiredness are two very hard factors for me to overcome at times.

Yesterday - 2 pieces wg toast w/ natural pb
L-applebees chicken mexican salad
D-grilled pork chop
wg rice and orzo mixture
salad

Today
B- wg cereal w/ff milk
salad - chicken, almonds, yellow pepper, cukes, tomatoe
kashi wg crackers
snack - some more ( too many) kashi wg crackers 1 cheese stick
D-chicken,black beans, corn ,salsa crockpot recipe I have
That is it, but I am only two and half pounds from where I was when I went out of town.

S- EEK! Ice cream party at work
D- EEk - chicken cashew ( 4 ozs.) fried rice (1/2 cup)

S- cheese stick, nuts
D-grilled flank steak
brocoli, peppers and goat cheese recipe
toasted quinoa
wine ( it was Sat. night)

sounds like one of my menus, lol Not necessarily today...

B-fruit salad, 2 mini blueberry muffins
L-no time, went right from gym to helping friend wedding dress shop-handful of sunflower seeds and diet pepsi-bad, bad, bad, bad
D-frozen lasagna, spinach,

Not my best day but for as much as I was out, it also wasn't my worst either
