), just need to up my excersice more. I work full time and by time I get home, shop, chop and cook it is bedtime! Do you guys find it takes alot of time to prep these meals? Oh, and all 4 of the broccoli recipes stink IHO. If it's going to be a "power food", make it taste better
Do you think pickles and pickled veggies are fine, vegetable right? Can eat all I want? Please give your opinion on that, thx.
