I am missing butter. I'm doing great on everything else, and I really only "need" it in my oatmeal, as I prefer hummus on my bread and like my brown rice plain.
So, has anyone tried the Fleichmann's Margarine with Olive Oil? I don't know how Sonoma friendly it is, but it has 0 Trans Fat and 1.5 g of Saturated Fat per serving. Any feedback would be appreciated.
You know how it is...the second you get it in your head that you're depriving yourself of something, the second you start to crave it, and the more likely a binge will creep up on you.
