It's not the same as the journal referenced above. It's a way to actually track the food you ate for the day with calories etc.

It's free; however, they have an inexpective version you can order to run on your pc rather than the web. I imagine it has more food items in the libary. (My daughter has the pc version but she used the free web version for years and was happy with it). Hope this helps.
