Hi, I'm new here and just started the Sonoma diet three days ago. I have more energy than what I've ever had on any diet. I miss my baked potatoes, but oh will I will get them back when I hit goal. I might not even want them back by then. I got this web site from Sonoma web site. I'm diabetic and never had to take meds. Hope I never have too. I hope it's okay if I join in with you all.

Hi Barb!! can't beleave this site, I really like it. So how long have you been doing this diet? This is my third day and I really feel so much better on this diet. It really isn't hard at all once given a chance.

Pat, since the first of the year... I like the recipes a lot... Its hard for me to lose as I have some health issues that prevent me from consistent exercise, but I keep the food in check best I can.. Be sure to look at the rest of the site too. It is jammed with all kinds of information... This is a great support community.. good luck with the diet.. or should I say, good eating Barb

Thanks for telling me about this site. I joined the Sonoma web site, I got a week free but since I found this site I don't think I need to keep that site. This one has just as much to offer.
