Hi there--I am beginning Sonoma on Sunday. Would love to have an e-mail buddy, ideally who wants to check in 2-3 times a week, for support and encouragement as we move forward in our health goals.

I'm starting on Monday as I would love to find a buddy as well (along with this whole forum) but would love to personally talk to someone a few times a week too, I just don't know how you do it. If you tell me I'd love to encourage and support you and vise versa

You click on the person's username and then click on send private message. Send them a message [PM them] with your email address.
