I just ordered the book yesterday. I got it off of e-bay for about $9.00 plus s/h. I am so psyched!!! I was telling my mom and husband about it and got a rather lukewarm response from both of them. So I just decided I'll prove both of you wrong!
I don't see my mom real often as she lives around 200 miles from me so I figure I'll go on the diet and not tell her how it's going and hopefully drop 10 to 20 pounds before I see her again and then watch her jaw drop!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Welcome aboard!! I think I have found that these days with so many diets out there that people think oh its just another fad, but once they really see that atleast with Sonoma that this is a lifestyle change that people can live with and it works, they get really excited.
