Portion sizes and measuring
I just started sonoma on Monday, so still on wave 1.
I am having trouble with the plate sizes. I wanted to follow the mealplans/ recipes in the book, but most of them have meat. I only want to have meat once a day and found other proteins. I can do the plate portions, im just not sure if I am doing to much or too little.
Lunch
Vegetable 50% = how many cups?
Proetien 40% = how many ounces? I think 3, from other areas in the book
Dinner
30% protein = maybe 2.5oz or 1/2 cup beans?
20% = 1/2 cup?
And last, is a serving counted as a portion size for the meal recipes in the book? Such as the med porkchops, 1 chop would be all my protein or do i have to cut it down to my protein %
