I have a few questions I am hoping somone can answer for me.

1) Is lemon juice ok in our water?

2) I have pumbernickel bread. Is that ok? Or does it need to be stone ground or something like that?

3) is there a certin amount of lettus/fresh veggies we are aloowed to consume at each meal? ie 1 cup or 2 cups?

4) the last.
What kind of dressings are we aloowed to have? I use Newmansown dressings.
(no sugar no trans fats) Is that ok?

Default

1) lemon juice is fine

2) Check for the words 100% whole grain on the labels.. that is the type of bread you should be eating. Dark brown of breads is not an indicator of "wholeness". That can come from molasses or food coloring

3) Follow the plate guidelines in the sticky at the top of the forum. It tells you how much of your plate should be filled with veggies. Once you get the book, you'll see what veggies are allowed during Wave 1. Not all are.. Some veggies are unlimited so you can snack on those.

4) dressings can be reduced fat or fat free. You can also use small amounts of olive or canola oil and any vinegar you like.

You really do need to get a copy of the book as it has lots of lists and information that will help your success. You can get this online at Amazon or at places like Costco and Sam's club for as little as 14.00
